4. Subscriptions and Payments
Free and Paid Features
Gylde offers both free features and a paid Premium subscription plan. Certain features are only available to Premium subscribers.
Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or quarterly basis. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the applicable fees.
Automatic Renewal

5. User Conduct

Post content that is hateful, discriminatory, or promotes violence
Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity
Use the Platform for commercial purposes, solicitation, or advertising
Send spam, chain letters, or unsolicited messages
Share sexually explicit content in public profile areas
Attempt to access another user's account without permission
Use automated systems, bots, or scrapers to access the Platform
Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or servers
Circumvent any security measures or access restrictions
Solicit money or financial support from other users
Engage in any form of prostitution or escort services
Share other users' information without their consent
Violation of these rules may result in warning, suspension, or permanent ban from Gylde.
6. User Content
Your Content
You are solely responsible for the content you post on Gylde, including photos, bio text, and messages. You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to share this content.
License to Us
By posting content on Gylde, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display that content in connection with operating and improving the Platform.
Content Moderation
We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, without notice. We are not obligated to monitor all content but may do so at our discretion.
Prohibited Content
You may not post content that:
Contains nudity or sexually explicit material in public areas
Depicts minors in any capacity
Promotes illegal activities
Infringes on intellectual property rights
Contains malware, viruses, or harmful code

7. Safety and Reporting

Background Checks
Gylde does not conduct criminal background checks on users. Identity verification confirms that a user is who they claim to be, but does not verify their character or criminal history.

The Gylde name, logo, and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by Gylde and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform without our written permission.
9. Disclaimers
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
We do not warrant that:
The Platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Any matches or connections will lead to relationships
Other users' profiles are accurate or truthful
The Platform will meet your specific expectations
Gylde is a dating platform that facilitates introductions. We are not responsible for the conduct of any user, whether online or offline.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GYLDE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL.
Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
